Earliest natives of Singapore settled at Telok Blangah

1600s
Orang Selat, one of the groups that make up the Orang Laut, traversed the waters of Keppel Harbour, making them one of the earliest settlers of the island. Orang Laut eventually moved to Telok Blangah, amongst other locations (See Infopedia: Orang Laut).
